Eminent Homes is a residential boutique building company that was founded in 1996 in Geelong, Victoria. 

Our expertise is not only in custom-built homes, but also in multi-unit developments, and restoration works.  

We deliver maximum living functionality and keep our clients well-informed throughout all phases of construction.

We provide individualised service from concept to completion, and beyond turning the key in their new home.
